I am from a small farm belt county, you know the type where you know your neighbor just by looking at them. Well I always wanted to live in New York City. The big apple as it is fondly nicknamed, has so many people one block could probably fill my whole town.
I came to New York and was looking for an apartment. I had known one person in the City from college and they said that you need to find someone to give you an honest opinion or you will be lost. I got the apartment that I wanted and while it is not the biggest place I can afford it and that is really what counts.
